.: How am I billed?

1. Making a call whilst you are roaming: You will be charged the relevant Network operator's International Roaming Tariff. This tariff is defined by the relevant operator and not by tnm.
2. Receiving a call when you are roaming: You will be contactable by dialling your tnm mobile number.

1. The person calling you will be charged the relevant local, national or international rate (if he is dialing you from abroad). 
2. You will be charged for the international part of the call from Malawi  to the country you are roaming in.

3. Your roaming costs will be reflected in your next bill.

.: Using SMS while abroad

1. You may be able to save on roaming charges by maximizing usage of SMS.

.: What can I do if I have a problem whilst I am roaming?

1. Contact the customer service of the network you are visiting.
