To subscribe to this account, it is necessary to visit any of our Shops for individual customers to sign the Contract Forms. You’ll be required to pay a refundable deposit of MK3,000. The following documents are also required:
Personal contracts
- ID document
- Proof of Address
- Bank statement
- Physical address
- Water or Electricity bill slip
Business contracts
- Company letter
- ID of person signing the contract
Upon verification by our Information Centre Consultant, your account will be registered with a credit limit of MK 3,000 unless, the deposit amount is increased or the account is a corporate account.
If you would like to open a postpaid account as a corporate customer, you are required apply in writing indicating number of accounts required. A designated person from the corporate institution who becomes the contact person will sign on all contract forms on behalf of all other employees. |
