THERE ARE FOUR WAYS IN WHICH TO ACTIVATE MOBILE DATA SERVICES ONTO YOUR HANDSET

1. The first way to request for settings is to go to your messages and write: tnm internet and send it to 999 (free of charge). You will receive two SMS’s, one of which will request you to save and install the received settings.
2. The second way is to call our customer care center and request to have over-the-air (OTA) settings to be sent to your handset via SMS.
3. Thirdly you can always visit any one of our service centers (click here to see a list of our service centers)
4. Or you could configure your handset all by yourself!

Be advised that dual SIM handsets among other phones may not be able to receive over-the-air settings (OTA) via SMS. Therefore you need to visit one of our shops. Or you can manually set up your device by following the instructions listed below
