Postpaid Account

This is a contract account that allows you to make calls on credit and pay bills at the end of the month or when necessary.

How to open an account

Corporate contracts

Corporate customers should provide the following documents:

• Company letter indicating number of accounts required
• ID of the person to sign the contracts (contact person)
  

Personal contracts

Individual customers should provide the following documents:

• ID documents (eg. Passport or Driving License)
• Proof of Address
• Bank statement
• Physical address
• Water or Electricity bill slip

Individual customers are required to pay a minimum deposit of MK 3,000. This deposit is refundable upon termination of the account. The account will have a credit limit of MK 3,000 unless this deposit is increased. 

Prepaid account

To open a Prepaid account, buy a starter pack from any of our Shops or Dealers. To activate the number dial 100 and follow voice instructions.
