.: Dual Simcard
tnm will offer dual simcard to connect both postpaid and prepaid services. This will allow subscribers to have two numbers on one simcard. The advantage of this facility is that it gives flexibility to subscribers to top up a prepaid number after exhausting a credit on a postpaid number. No need to remove the simcard from the handset as was the case previously.
A dual simcard also enables Postpaid customers to divert calls to a Prepaid number. This ensures that they do not miss calls on their business number. This is only possible if the Postpaid account has a credit balance.
.: Connection
In addition to the above we also offer to register the postpaid simcards free of charge, and all the other services that you may request. These services could be International Direct Dialing, Roaming, Call Holding & Call Waiting, Voicemail, Call Conference etc. This offer is extended to all your future additional numbers. Sim replacements will also be done free of charge in case the phone is lost or the Simcard has been damaged.
.: Cost/Usage Control
You need to advise us on the credit limits for each number and our reliable credit limit facility will apply, which will enable you to control your calling costs. The minimum credit limit is MK 3,000 for one month. With tnm's superior billing system, you will be informed of an impending disconnection once you have used at least 70% of your credit limit. Disconnected numbers can be reconnected on request.
Self-Reconnection
As a Postpaid customer, you can reconnect your disconnected number temperarily. Simply do the following:
• Go to Messages
• Type CON
• Send to 777 within a few seconds, you will aotomatically be reconnected for 48hrs.
.: Corporate Account Limit Management
This facility allows you to manage your call group using SMS through an appointed authority. The appointed authority can do the following functions:
• Reconnect barred numbers within the group
• Bar any number within the group
• Increase or reduce credit limit on any other number within the call group.
A contract agreement will have to be signed upon your interest for us to activate this facility.
.: Billing
The tnm billing cycle starts from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.The system is designed for customers to properly manage phone bills but at the same time allow for convenience. Monthly bills are delivvered by the 5th day of the following month.
However, numbers can be reconnected on the 1st day of every month upon prior arrangements.

Customers make payments to tnm and their accounts are credited electronically. The tnm Prepaid service has among other Value Added Services the Call Holding and Call Waiting facility, International Direct Dialing, Call Line Identity Restriction and SMS.
.: GSM Least cost Router
This product is a fixed cellular device called “GSM Least Cost Routing” “LCR” or “Fixed Cellular Terminal” “FCT”. The product is designed to use tnm’s services as a cost saving mechanism.
tnm have further recruited specialists in the Least Cost Routing Field namely “Saicom Malawi Ltd” a well-established company operating in Mozambique and South Africa for the past twelve years, to assist with the installation and maintenance of these Least Cost Routers.
The router has been designed to fit into or handshake with any PABX set in series in a manner that will not disturb the functionality of the PABX, or alternatively as a communication device for remote areas that have no landline coverage but only GSM.
tnm would provide the unit free of charge to be fixed on the PABX as an independent line on the switchboard. This unit enhances efficiency on calls to tnm, it is cost effective and it is used as a backup line on the switchboard.
All calls routed through the gadget will enjoy the discounts as in Call User Group numbers.

How do I get it?
If you can send an SMS from your cellphone, then you can use tnm's SMS to EMAIL service. It is really that simple.
How does it work?
Sending an Email message from your phone:

• Select Message
• Write your message
• Type in the email address to which you want to send the message. eg. customercare@tnm.co.mw#type your message
• Finally, send your SMS to 444.
How much does it cost?
The service is charged at 5 units per 160 character text message sent (excluding VAT)
.: Call Conference
With tnm’s call conference facility you are able to talk to up to five people simultaneously. These may all be incoming calls, outgoing calls or any combination thereof. This service is ideal for the business community whose on costs associated with meeting and also for those who would like to catch up with friends.
Currently only postpaid subscribers can initiate a Call Conference. This facility is handset dependent and available to customers with the Call Wait and Call Hold facility. Prepaid customers can be included in a conference, as can subscribers of any other network whether local or international.
No registration and monthly fee is required, simply call our information centre or visit any of our Shops.
.: Voice Mail - Call Fowarding - Call Diverting
This facility is available on postpaid and a few prepaid customers. It allows customers to leave voice messages on the called number in case of unavailability of the “B” party. You can also divert calls to a number of your choice. This allows you to be always available. No registration charge and monthly rental are attached.
